Deposit and Check In Information

All rooms will require a deposit of one night’s stay at the time of booking. This deposit balance will be charged to the credit card on file and the remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Guests may check-in at 3:00pm or later on the arrival date and check out prior to 11:00am on the day of check out. Payment menthods accepted include:

  • Cash

  • American Express

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discover 

Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Since we are a smaller inn, we never overbook our rooms and cancellations affect us significantly. We therefore ask for your understanding when we adhere to the following cancellation policies:

Inn Rooms and Upgraded Inn Rooms

If you need to cancel a reservation, you must contact the Inn at least 48 hours before 3 PM of your expected arrival date in order for us to refund you the one night deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. 

No-shows and/or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 

One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Suites

If the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit back to the credit card on file and there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 48 hours prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.  Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. No-shows and/or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 

Guest Policy

Although some rooms may fit more than two people, all our rates are based on double occupancy. If you have more than two guests (13 years of age and older) you are responsible for a $15 per person daily charge.

Additional Information

All 18 of our rooms are non-smoking and do not accept pets. If we determine you have decided to smoke, house a pet in your room, or damage Inn property of any kind, a cleaning and/or replacement fee of a minimum of $250 will be added to your reservation total and charged to the card on file. 

All children under 12 years of age stay free of charge and many of our rooms are accommodating for children.

Complimentary sleeping arrangements are available upon request and need to be confirmed by an innkeeper.
