Located next to the home of Kitchen Kettle’s founders, our Strawberry Street Quarters are tucked in a quiet and hidden part of the Village. These three lodging rooms share a beautiful pergola area that features outdoor furniture throughout the sunny months.

Village Overlook
The Village Overlook features a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beauty and energy of Kitchen Kettle Village. Located right above The Gift House, guests who take advantage of this spacious one bedroom suite can enjoy all of the sights, live entertainment, and vibrancy of the Village right from their private room.

The Benjamin House
Check out one of two brand new lodging suites! Room 502 is perfect for couples traveling or friend groups coming for a Lancaster County visit. The main entrance is surrounded by a side porch including outdoor patio furniture. When you enter the suite, you will see a table and chair set, your private bathroom with a walk in shower, and a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, sink and mini-fridge. Past the living room, you will enter a large sleeping area that includes 2 queen size beds.

The Cottage
The Cottage rooms are located along Newport Road and feature two lodging rooms, both sleeping up to four guests. Guests can choose to enjoy the soothing sounds and sights of horse and buggies as they stroll by the front porch of Room 601 or explore the beautiful views of Lancaster County farmland from their outdoor area included in Room 602.

The Bauer House
Filled with history and memories, The Bauer House received its name from Dr. Bauer whose office was located in this building in the early 1950s to the 1970s. Not only did this office contribute to the community, but Mr. and Mrs. Bauer were very close friends of our very own founders, Bob and Pat Burnley. This building, located along Old Philadelphia Pike, holds five lodging rooms, all located above The Village Handmade Shop which features heirloom quality, locally made quilts.
